The 49ers have all dialed in right now. They are dominating the league through the first five weeks of the NFL season and they're doing it from the jump and on both sides of the ball while everyone is contributing.
The 49ers lead the league in point differential (+99) while allowing the fewest number of points (68) of any team that's played five games. They're also getting off to fast starts, scoring on all five game opening possessions with touchdowns in four of the five games leading to a total of 31 points right out of the gate.
Each of the 49ers playmakers has had a signature game among the first five. Sunday night was George Kittle's time to shine with three touchdowns, a week after Christian McCaffrey scored four. McCaffrey always gets his touches while leading the league in yards from scrimmage and rushing touchdowns. Deebo Samuel owned the home opener Week 3 vs. the Giants with six catches for 129 yards and a TD while Brandon Aiyuk smoked the Steelers in Week 1 for eight receptions with 129 yards and two TD's.
Brock Purdy addressed how the lack of ego is leading to everyone being able to thrive.
