Jerry Rice put a spin on Christian McCaffrey breaking his 49ers franchise record for most consecutive games scoring at least one touchdown like only the GOAT could.

"They're like, 'Oh my god, he broke Jerry Rice's record.' And I'm behind that 100%, I get it, give him credit for that. But I might only get five touches in a game. I do not get 27 touches or more. And if I had gotten that, I probably would have doubled my yardage and stuff, Rice told The Morning Roast with Bonta and Shasky.

McCaffrey scored a TD for a 13th consecutive game on Sunday vs. the Cardinals and is in the NFL MVP conversation after four weeks while Rice to this day still holds the record for most total touchdowns in NFL history with 208, a record he obliterated and leads number two on the list Emmitt Smith (175) by 33 scores. McCaffrey has a way to go to get to that level with 67 total touchdowns during his seven-year career.
