Everyone’s favorite Aaron Donald stopper is no longer with the Niners.

Versatile offensive lineman Daniel Brunskill has agreed to a deal to join the Tennessee Titans. Players and teams have been negotiating since Monday morning, but new contracts can’t be announced until 1 p.m. PT on Wednesday.

According to Brunskill’s agents, the 29-year-old has agreed a two-year pact with the Titans after spending the first five years of his career with the 49ers.

Brunskill only started two games last season but was a favorite of coach Kyle Shanahan for his ability to play center, guard and tackle. He ended up playing 58 percent of the offensive snaps last year, often splitting time with Spencer Burford at right guard. The 49ers have retained center Jake Brendel and tackle Colton McKivitz with extensions this offseason.

49ers Faithful fondly remember Brunskill’s efforts against the Rams superstar defensive lineman Donald in the previous couple of seasons when he was a starter.

This marks the second former 49ers player to join the Titans this offseason, as Tennessee recently plucked new general manager Ran Carthon from San Francisco’s front office. Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair reportedly has also joined the Titans 3-4 defense.
