Finally. Real football practice. The Buffalo Bills hit the field for their first fully-padded practice of 2020 Monday just outside their indoor practice facility at One Bills Drive in Orchard Park.

The team had been going though the first two phases of the shorted offseason since July 28, but began the "contact integration period" Monday.

Although members of the media weren't allowed to walk to all areas of the field, due to COVID-19 protocols, it was still a chance to finally see the team on the field, and doing actual football work.

During 1-on-1's, Diggs beat cornerback Josh Norman on a beautiful route, catching a touchdown pass from quarterback Josh Allen.

Injury update:

  • CB Levi Wallace (back) and DT Ed Oliver (hip) did not practice Monday, along with RG Jon Feliciano (chest) and Tommy Sweeney (PUP/foot)
  • Defenisve tackle Harrison Phillips practiced and is fuly cleared after rehabbing his torn ACL from almost a year ago.

The team will be back on the field Tuesday morning.
