SCHSL Outlines Plan for High School Football Season

The South Carolina High School League has announced it's plan for the upcoming football season. The executive board voted today pass the league proposal, 14-2. “The proposed start date has been pushed back from July 31 to Aug. 17. SCHSL retains flexibility to extend this. Under this proposal, each high school  would play seven games with an abbreviated playoff featuring four rounds. The SCHSL retains the right to contract further, if necessary.
