Britney Spears' father to remain co-conservator of her estate

Britney Spears' legal battle with her dad over her conservatorship continues in the wake of a documentary about her life being released on Hulu that's causing a lot of fans to support her. In court yesterday, a judge ruled that Bessemer Trust Company, a wealth management and investment advisory firm based out of California, will continue to be co-conservators along with Jamie Spears. Of course, Jamie Spears' lawyer objected to the co-conservatorship. These objections were rejected. Britney Spears' lawyer did state, "It's no secret that my client does not want her father as co-conservator, but we recognize that removal is a separate issue. Jamie Spears' lawyers said it was clear that "his love for his daughter and dedication to protecting her" was apparent to the court. Additional hearings have been scheduled for March 17th and April 27th.
