Each year, the group has celebrates its June 13 anniversary at their annual BTS Festa event is Seoul, South Korea and this year will be no different. Taking place at various locations throughout Seoul, this year’s festival is scheduled to take place June 12 through June 25.

While details for the celebration are still under wraps, it’s sure to be big as it marks a major milestone for the group and their fans. Past BTS Festa events have featured several different types of events including in-person and online meet-and-greets, original releases, never-before-seen footage, livestreams and more.

In addition to the festival, the group has announced that they will be releasing a new single featuring all seven members in honor of the big anniversary. The single is expected to drop June 9 at 1PM KST.

“To celebrate their 10th anniversary, BTS will release the digital single ‘Take Two’ this coming June,” BIGHIT MUSIC said in a statement. “All seven members participated in ‘Take Two.’ The song conveys their appreciation toward ARMY for all the love you shower them with and their desire to always be together with you.”

The statement continues, “We sincerely express our gratitude to ARMY for making the 10th anniversary possible with your endless love for BTS, and we hope that ‘Take Two’ will become a precious ‘Gift’ from BTS to you all. We ask for your love and support for ‘Take Two.’”

The single is an extra special gift at this time as the group is currently on a break while exploring solo careers and fulfilling their requirement as South Korean citizens to serve in their Military.

Jin began his service in December 2022 while J-Hope followed close behind as the second of the 7-member group to enlist for service fulfilling South Korea’s requirement.

The other five BTS members all plans to serve in their own time, while all seven have expressed desire to reunite once their service fulfillments are complete.

“Both the company and the members of BTS are looking forward to reconvening as a group again around 2025 following their service commitment,” a statement by BIGHIT MUSIC stated.
