Interestingly, he doesn’t regret his past decision. “One of the craziest deals I turned down was $2 million to DJ for a Michael Jordan event, and I turned it down," Snoop explained. "And I’ve never met Michael Jordan, and I wanna meet him. ’Cause I was doing some other s***, I had s*** to do and I had way more customers before I get to you.”
He continued, “nah, but I never met Michael Jordan, and I wanna meet him, and I wanna meet him on a different—I don’t wanna meet him on no DJing. I wanna meet him as a fan, as a boss.” Snoop additionally shared a few other interesting moments during the interview. He revealed that he hasn’t spoken with Suge Knight since acquiring Death Row Records earlier this year. However, they remained cordial since the last time they spoke. “We were just getting caught up on life, and how much love we have for each other,” he said.
Lastly, Snoop mentioned visiting Tupac Shakur in the hospital a day after he was shot. “He got tubes in him... when I walked in, it just felt like he wasn’t even there,” he shared.
