Doc was telling a story where Dr. Oz says you should skip breakfast and your first meal should be mid-morning. This reminded Jessie that Doc thinks he and Dr. Oz are best friends because Doc got to be in the dress rehearsal as a stand-in on his show for the guy with a never-ending peeing problem.
