Jessie's birthday was Tuesday and her husband Jon reached out to her family and friends to do a surprise Birthday Parade. Guess who was a no show? If you guessed Doc you were correct. The good news was Jessie got to hear the five versions of birthday songs and had a good turnout which held up traffic on her street.
