Darius Rucker took Tiger Woods from the golf course to the stage for some payback after Woods talked trash to him during what turned out to be a very competitive game of golf.

During a recent interview with Audacy’s Rob + Holly, Darius recalled his efforts to take Tiger out of his comfort zone and make him sing at one of Darius’ shows.
“He was talking trash to me once… he was beating my brains out and I said, ‘Man, I can’t believe you’re talking trash to me…. You’re like #1 in the world, I’m number 7,600,012, and you’re talking trash to me,’” Darius laughed.
He then continued on to share the time he invited Tiger into his world by encouraging him take the stage at one of his shows… talk about payback!
“We’ve done it a few times… He can’t sing, he can’t sing at all,” Darius said before laughing hysterically. “We try to get him out there to sing, but he knows his limitations.”
While Woods remains a good friend of Darius, it’s safe to say he doesn’t top the list of dream collabs for the 56-year-old, who says he still has "so many" artists he’d love to share the stage with.
“It starts with Paul McCartney and goes through so many people I just haven’t had the chance to do anything with” Darius shared. “There’s so many people, even here in Country; Carrie Underwood, Reba…”
