As the world continues to witness the devastation being suffered by the city of Los Angeles, with this week's Southern California Wildfires still raging, we have put together a short list of resources to assist those in need.
Multiple wildfires continue to rage throughout parts of the city, with close to 180,000 lives already upended in the evacuation process and another 200,000 residents under evacuation warning. On Tuesday night (1/7), California Governor Gavin Newsom officially declared a state of emergency and deployed thousands of firefighters to the region. “This is a tragic time in our history here in Los Angeles, but a time when we’re really tested and see who we really are,” Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell said.
