Each artist's story aims to change how we approach discussing mental health, while also serving as an inspirational moment. I’m Listening is here to remind us all that it is okay not to be okay.

Wednesday’s two hour special broadcast will highlight shared mental health experiences while also acting as a resource for those simply looking to connect, heal, and share.
