Halloween is starting early this year in DFW. As the temperature begins to dip, many in the metroplex are already starting to look towards the fall holiday. Luckily for those that want to get into the spooky spirit early this year, an adult-only Halloween pop up is coming to town starting this weekend.
‘House of Spirit: A Haunted Cocktail Soiree’ is a Halloween-themed installation that will take over a Dallas Mansion, turning it into a haunted experience. The event will take place at the Alexander Mansion, which is currently home to the Dallas Woman's Forum, according to Dallas Culture Map. Guests will get to enjoy many amenities, such as; themed miniature craft cocktails, macabre magic, tarot readings, strange roaming specters, secret games, giant Ouija boards and more.

The spooky pop up first debuted in Los Angeles back in 2019 before spreading to cities across America. House of Spirits made their DFW debut last year, but return in 2022 with a new theme; Tale of Volkov Manor. The event starts this weekend and will run through Halloween, so the metroplex will have plenty of time to get in the spooky spirit.
