That’s why any time the ice cream company announces a new flavor; it’s guaranteed to stir up some excitement in the Lone Star state. Now, after plenty of secrecy Blue Bell has announced their latest flavor hitting shelves on Thursday and anyone who likes chocolate combined with peanut butter will want to give it a try.
Earlier this week, Blue Bell sent out a tweet letting fans know a new flavor would be hitting shelves on Thursday. While they didn’t announce the new flavor, their post gave plenty of hints, with a photo of chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cups and cookie dough pieces. Now, they have unveiled the new “Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload” flavor that features Milk Chocolate Ice Cream loaded with chocolate-coated peanut butter cups and peanut butter cookie dough pieces.
According to CW33, the new Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload flavor is now available in stores. It is unknown if the flavor will only be available for a limited time or if it’s here to stay. With this release, Blue Bell fans may have a new favorite flavor.
