Poison is getting ready to go on tour, and while fans will get to hear plenty of classics one aspect of the band will be a little different. While the band is known for their 80s hair metal look, guitarist C.C. Deville recently revealed he is trying something new on this tour. Deville shared a photo of himself sporting a mountain man style look that shocked many fans.
With their tour alongside Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, and Joan Jett set to kick off this month, Poison guitarist C.C. Deville decided to take to social media to get fans excited. Deville shared a photo of himself with the caption “Who is ready to go on tour ?!! I am !!!” While many fans were excited for the tour, quite a few were too distracted by Deville’s look to comment about anything else. As seen in the now viral photo, Deville now has a massive beard that makes him unrecognizable.
According to Metal Sucks, Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx commented on the post “bring on the beards buddy. I’m rocking mine too. Look forward to seeing everybody.” While many fans were shocked, others said they were excited for the new look. Hopefully even with the new look, they don’t try to bring new music on the tour as well.
