For cheese lovers, there is no such thing as too much cheese. Still, Tillamook County Creamery Association has decided to test those boundaries this year for National Cheddar Day. Just in time for Valentine’s day, the cheesemaker has decided to sell a 40 pound block of cheese for those that are truly cheddar obsessed.

Tillamook will begin selling the viral block of cheese on February 13, but it will only be available for a limited time, according to Fox News. Along with being promoted as the perfect Valentine’s Day gift, the cheesemaker said they were inspired to make the massive block of cheddar to celebrate National Cheddar Day and their 112th birthday. The 40 pound "Mother Loaf" is the same block the company uses to make their shredded, sliced and snack cheese products.

“You can’t rush great flavor, and we don’t. We’ve been using the same recipe for 112 years, naturally aging our cheddars to get the perfect bold flavor, bite after bite,” said Jill Allen, director of product excellence at Tillamook. The viral cheese block can be purchased online for $112. For a cheese lover, this definitely beats any other gift idea.
