Chip and Joanna Gaines have had plenty of success since starting their company, Magnolia. The couple took their ‘Fixer Upper’ stardom and turned it into an empire in Waco, Texas. Now, Chip and Joanna seem to be exploring the idea of selling a minority stake in Magnolia, giving others a chance to taste a bit of their success.

Magnolia was started by Chip and Joanna Gaines back in 2003, and has since grown quite a bit. The company includes a physical and e-commerce furniture store, a retail collaboration with Target, known as Hearth & Hand, vacation rentals, real estate listings and a quarterly magazine known as the Magnolia Journal, according to Dallas Morning News. Now, they appear to be in the process of selling a minority stake of the company, though nothing has been announced at this time.
