When someone has a weird eating habit, they tend to keep it private as a way to avoid embarrassment. However, when that person is a college football Quarterback; getting made fun of isn’t really an option. University of Kentucky Quarterback, Will Levis, went viral recently after sharing a video of the strange way he eats bananas; keeping the peel on while chowing down on the fruit.
As seen in the now viral clip, Levis eats the brown skinned banana without peeling it and many online can’t believe this is how he normally eats the fruit. “I don’t fear the brown spots on bananas. They fear me,” the Quarterback captioned the video. While some commenters claimed to eat bananas the same way, the majority of people were stunned and confused as to why Levis wouldn’t remove the peel.
Of course, plenty of jokes were made at Levis’ expense, with some claiming this video could negatively affect his chances of making it to the NFL. However, according to Fox News, Levis was recently named the starting QB for the University of Kentucky. Hopefully that means more strange eating habits are about to be exposed.
