3-D printing technology has advanced quite a bit in recent years. It seems these days, just about anything can be recreated using 3-D printers.
Now, one company is seeing just how far the technology can go, as they plan to print an entire neighborhood of homes in Texas.

ICON, a construction tech company, recently announced they have teamed up with Lennar, a home construction company and Bjarke Ingels Group, an architecture company, to develop a 3-D printed community in Georgetown, Texas. The neighborhood will be called Wolf Ranch and will include 100 homes with prices starting in the range of mid $400,000. “Wolf Ranch marks the largest community of its kind in development in the world and in partnership with one of the largest home builders in the country, Lennar," said Dmitri Julius, chief of special projects at ICON.

According to Fox News, printing for the homes began in June 2022, and reservations for homes are set to begin this June. The homes will feature three to four bedrooms and two to three baths, and will be "technologically advanced, environmentally sustainable and architecturally striking." As long as they can handle Texas weather, they should be fine.
