Just about every Texan already has a favorite snack from Buc-ee’s, but with so many different foods to choose from, it’s almost impossible for someone to have tried them all. However, one company is now looking for someone to give that a try. The company will pay the person $1,000 to try and review Buc-ee’s snacks, which for many Texans would be a dream job.
Financial news and data outlet FinanceBuzz recently announced they are looking to hire a new position, a “Buc-ee’s Bud-ee,” to sample a variety of foods from the Texas-based convenience store and write reviews about each. According to CW39, the person selected for the position will sample kolaches, tacos, barbecue sandwiches, fudge, banana pudding, biscuits, gravy and more. Along with $250 for snacks, gas and/or Buc-ee’s merchandise, the person will also receive $1,000 for their work.
The person selected must be 18 or older, live near or be willing to travel to a Buc-ee’s location, must be willing to try a variety of snacks and the job needs to be completed in two weeks. Applications are now being accepted and will remain open through September 11. Those interested can apply here. Maybe this is the chance to finally land a dream job.
