Many people often wonder how they would spend their money if they were a millionaire. For all the crazy purchases one could make, the one that’s usually exclusive to the richest of the rich is buying a private island. That’s exactly what Dallas Mavericks player Reggie Bullock did recently, taking the money he’s earned as a professional athlete, and using it to buy his own island in Belize.
Reggie Bullock recently took to social media to announce the new “Bullock Island.” The 5-acre piece of land in Belize was purchased by the NBA player as a vacation destination for him and his family. However, the land also has eight rentable villas for others hoping to travel to Bullock Island.
“THE immersive island adventure. Where luxury meets nature, dreams become reality, designing each moment to create life long memories,” Bullock said in his post announcing the purchase. According to WFAA, Bullock hopes to add a spa, basketball court, restaurant/bar, and more to his island. Maybe one day Bullock Island will become a premiere travel destination.
