The Dallas Zoo recently announced some big news, as they have added two new additions to their animal kingdom. On Monday, the zoo shared two separate posts announcing the recent birth of two new animals. Soon, guests will be able to get a glimpse of the new baby monkey and baby flamingo.

Since the start of 2023, the Dallas Zoo has announced the births of a number of new animals. Now, they have two more as they recently took to social media to share the news of a new baby colobus monkey and the first flamingo chick of the season. According to Fox 4 News, the monkey was born June 19th to Pili and Kuruka, and is yet to be given a name.

The flamingo was announced next, as the zoo said “keep your eyes peeled for this cute ball of fluff in the Flamingo Pond on your next visit.” No debut date has been announced at this time for either animal. Hopefully these animals enjoy living in DFW as much as everyone else.
