Report claims DFW Airport is America's most complained about airport

The study looked at complaints for the 20 largest airports in the US

When it comes to air travel, there are many different things passengers choose to complain about. For some it’s unavoidable things like comfort and time, but for others its inconveniences caused by the airport that drives them crazy. Now, a new study has revealed the most complained about airports in the country, and DFW International Airport tops the list.

Upgraded Points recently released a report on the US airports with the highest number of complaints. To determine the most complained about airport, the study looked at the amount of complaints for the 20 largest airports in the country. Based on their data, they ranked DFW airport as the highest, with 14% of the study’s respondents complaining about the North Texas airport.

According to CW33, the Atlanta Airport and LAX were the next two most complained about airports. As for DFW, it was cancellations, delays and mishandled baggage that was complained about the most. Hopefully DFW Airport sees these complaints and does something to fix the problem.
