There are a ton of factors that come into play when someone is trying to find the person they are going to spend the rest of their life with. The same can be said about trying to find a place to live with that person. Luckily for those in DFW, a new study that compared number of singles to rental ability in a city named DFW as the 7th best metro for singles in America, with a few other Texas cities cracking the top 10 as well.

Zillow Group recently conducted a study to find the best metros for singles in America. The study not only looked at the density of singles in the area, but also available rental listings and rental affordability. Now, they have released their 10 best metros for singles, and the list has plenty of Texas representation.
According to Zillow Group, DFW ranked 7th on the list, thanks to having more single residents than any other top 10 metro. Other Texas cities making the cut were Austin at number two, San Antonio at five and Houston at six. After this study, plenty of Texas parents are about to ask their kids why are they still single.
