Dr Pepper may be known for being a mix of 23 different flavors, but apparently the Texas-based soda company has decided they needed to add two more. It was recently announced Dr Pepper will release a new strawberries and cream flavored soda. The new Dr Pepper flavor is available now and will be added to their lineup permanently.
On Wednesday, Dr Pepper announced their new strawberries and cream flavored soda, which is the "original 23 flavors of Dr. Pepper swirled with layers of refreshing strawberry flavor and a smooth, creamy finish." According to People, the new flavor will be sold in 12-ounce packs of twelve and 20-ounce bottles. There will also be a zero sugar version that will come in 12-ounce packs of twelve.
"Our expert team of flavor scientists are constantly innovating to bring to life new varieties that will surprise and delight treat seekers and our existing dedicated fans," said senior vice president of Dr Pepper Brand Marketing, John Alvarado. With this new flavor, many Texans will now have to make room in the fridge for another case of Dr Pepper.
