While there are plenty of drivers on the road that drive like they are in an action movie, most don't have what it takes to pull off actual high speed car stunts. However, one Florida driver recently decided they were tired of watching these high intensity moments on the big screen and attempted to try one for themselves. In a video that recently went viral, the Florida driver is seen breaking through a gate and hopping a drawbridge with his car.
The incident occurred recently in Daytona Beach, Florida at the Main Street Bridge as the driver attempted to hop over the Halifax River. Luckily, the gap wasn't too large when the driver made his jump as he broke through the gates as the bridge began to separate. According to Brobible, the driver is yet to be identified.
This is not the first drawbridge jumping incident police in Florida have dealt with recently. Another video of someone on a motorcycle jumping the gap of a drawbridge went viral recently as well. Maybe it's time Florida thinks about legalizing drawbridge jumps.
