The Fort Worth Police Department is looking for new officers, but they aren’t searching the way most would expect. Instead of posting the job opening online, the police department decided to share a hilarious recruitment video to convince aspiring officers to join their team. In the video, the officers act like used car salesmen in order to convince people to apply.

DFW police officers can be seen around town riding in all types of vehicles, and the Fort Worth Police Department recently decided to use that as their selling point to new recruits. In the video, Officer Big B takes viewers through a tour of their vehicle options, as if he was starring in a used car dealership commercial. The officer shows off patrol vehicles, Ford Explorers, Chevrolet Tahoes, Ford F150 Responders, armored trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and even horses, according to NBC DFW.

He even discusses their "amazing lateral program” for people who have previous experience, saying “we take trade-ins." Since being shared, the video has been viewed over 60,000 times. Hopefully this helps the Fort Worth Police Department fill their staff.
