With mother’s day right around the corner, many throughout the metroplex are trying to plan something to show their mom just how much she means to them. While gifts are great, sometimes just spending time with them is enough, especially when a good meal is involved. Luckily, Mother’s Day is perfect for brunch, and four DFW restaurants were just named to the list of 100 best brunch spots in the country.
Restaurant reservation app OpenTable recently released their list of the 100 bets brunch restaurants in America for 2022, and as always Texas was well represented. In total, eight Texas restaurants made the cut, with four located in DFW. The DFW restaurants included Dallas favorites Al Biernat’s Oak Lawn, Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill and Toulouse, Knox Street, along with CraftWay Kitchen in Plano. The list was determined based on 13 million reviews from verified diners, according to Fort Worth Star Telegram.
As for the rest of Texas, San Antonio and Houston both had restaurants make the cut as well. The 8 Texas selections were the third most on the list for any state. Clearly Texans can’t get enough Avocado Toast.
