Owning a pet is a great experience, but it can also be very expensive. Luckily for pet owners in DFW, there is an event in Fort Worth next weekend that will give them a bit of a break. The “Pets are Family” event will offer free pet food, vaccines, microchips and other supplies for pet owners in need.

On December 10, “Pets are Family” will hold an event at the Bob Bolen Complex for pet owners. The event will help pet owners in need of supplies to keep their animal companions safe and healthy. According to Fort Worth Star Telegram, the event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The supplies and services are first come, first served and they will continue as long as supplies last. For anyone struggling to pay for their pet’s care, this event should help them out. With the holidays coming up, it comes at a perfect time for many.
