Most people would have the same reaction to finding a snake inside their home. While some may be excited to find the reptile, the majority of people would react in fear and confusion. Apparently gorillas have the same feelings about snakes. Video of a group of gorillas reacting to finding a snake in their zoo enclosure recently went viral, as many people found their response very relatable.
As seen in the now viral clip, a group of gorillas gather near the glass of their zoo enclosure at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida’s Animal Kingdom, as they spot a tiny snake slithering through the brush. While most would assume the tiny snake wouldn’t bother the massive gorillas, each seems worried about how the reptile got in their area. In one of the videos, a gorilla near the snake runs away after seeing it move.
According to Yahoo, The Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail allows guests to “explore a lush tropical forest inhabited by native African wildlife including gorillas, hippos, and exotic birds.” Sadly for the gorillas, sometimes that means dealing with snakes. Hopefully next time a snake doesn’t cause so much commotion.
