Just about every day has a national holiday attached to it, but some are more recognized than others. However, Wednesday's holiday is one many are hoping soon becomes widely celebrated. February 9 is National Pizza Day, and luckily there are deals all throughout the metroplex to help celebrate.
DFW may not be known for pizza, but luckily there are still plenty of places to get a good pie throughout the metroplex. Local favorite Cane Rossa will be offering $12 Honey Bastards all day Wednesday. Another popular pizza restaurant, Heritage Pizza in The Colony, is offering customers unlimited pizza and pretzels, plus $3 pints for the holiday.

Of course, the National brands are getting in on the fun as well. According to USA Today, Domino's will be handing out $3 coupon for carryout orders, Papa Johns made their new NY Style pizza available for $13 for a one-topping pizza, and Pizza Hut is offering three new Spicy Lover's Pizza and a $10 Tastemaster for the holiday. Thanks to these deals, National Pizza Day can be properly celebrated.
