Ikea may be a furniture store, but over the years they have become known for their in-store Swedish meatballs as much as their difficult to build furniture. While many costumers question why a furniture store offers meatballs, apparently things only get weirder when traveling to an Ikea outside of America. Ikea in Singapore went viral recently after the debut a new all black hot dog that has the internet very confused.

Recently Ikea in Singapore began offering charcoal hot dogs to customers, and while some are claiming to enjoy the taste of the black hot dog, others are a bit thrown off by the food’s appearance. The furniture store snack includes a black bun and an extra-long black hot dog stuffed with gooey black cheese. According to Boing Boing, the black hotdog is currently being sold for $1.50.

While many online were disturbed by the black hot dog, it is not the first time this has been offered. Back in 2016, Japan began offering hot dogs that contained edible bamboo charcoal. Of course, many also pointed to Burger King’s attempt to make a black burger bun back in 2015. Hopefully the hot dogs taste a lot better than they look.
