Any time two iconic musicians come together to perform, it’s always special for those in attendance. Bringing out a guest for a song has become a concert staple for many artists, and the latest definitely brought the crowd to their feet. During Billy Joel’s recent show over the weekend the Piano Man brought out Def Leppard lead singer Joe Elliott to perform his band’s classic, ‘Pour Some Sugar On Me.’
Over the weekend, a tour schedule coincidence gave Billy Joel fans a very special treat. The singer was scheduled to play at Detroit's Comerica Park on Saturday night, with Def Leppard and Motley Crue’s stadium tour taking place at the same venue the next night. With a ton of musical talent in town, Joel decided to take advantage and invite Elliott on stage with him.

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, this is not the first time Elliott and Joel have performed together. Previously, the two performed ‘Pour Some Sugar On Me’ at a 2018 show at Fenway Park and a 2019 show at Madison Square Garden. With both currently on tour, maybe another scheduling coincidence could happen in the future.
