With a number of iconic bands reuniting and hitting the road in recent years, fans are constantly wondering when their favorites will do the same. One band fans have been begging to reunite for years is Oasis, but sadly the bad blood between Liam and Noel Gallagher has prevented the group from getting back together. While reunion rumors have swirled for years, they have once again emerged as Liam Gallagher recently said he would “love” an Oasis reunion.

Back in 2021, the Gallagher brothers named their price for a potential Oasis reunion, and while Noel Gallagher continued the battle between brothers, saying he would reunite for $100 million, his brother Liam surprised many saying he would reunite for free. According to NME, Liam has now taken another step towards reunion, claiming the band “should never have split up.” Of course, the one thing preventing this is the relationship between the brothers.

“We split up nearly 13 years ago. It’s ridiculous. We can go on about whose fault it is, but he’s his own man. If he really wanted to get in contact, for my mum’s sake, he could do it, but he obviously doesn’t want to,” said Liam of their relationship. Maybe this will be the things that finally get them back together, but more likely it will just lead to another fight.
