
Chip and Joanna Gaines may be known by many as the King and Queen of Waco, but it appears the couple is looking to expand their empire into DFW. The HGTV ‘Fixer Upper’ stars recently announced they will be opening a real estate office in Grapevine. The Magnolia Realty branch is expected to open up this summer.
Over the years, Chip and Joanna Gaines have grown their Magnolia brand quite a bit, venturing into a number of different fields. The couple may be known for their work on television, but since have used their fame to try many different things, including real estate. Now, their Magnolia Realty brand is expanding as well, with a new office in Grapevine.

According to Dallas Morning News, the couple launched Magnolia Realty in 2007. They currently have a branch in Argyle that serves Denton County communities including Double Oak, Lantana, Flower Mound, Trophy Club, Roanoke and Haslet, along with branches in Granbury, Austin and San Antonio. Soon enough people will be referring to Chip and Joanna as the king and queen of Texas, not just Waco.
