Any time someone decides to go on a diet, it usually means cutting fast food out of the rotation, especially Taco Bell. However, a recent report claimed Taco Bell was actually one of the healthiest fast food options available. Many were stunned by these findings, which is why one man has decided to eat nothing but Taco Bell for 30 days to see if it is actually healthy or not.

Sam Reid of Virginia is about to attempt something few would even dare to try. He will consume Taco Bell for every meal for 30 days, eating three meals a day and eating each menu item at least once. “My hypothesis is that healthy fast food can actually help you become healthier,” said Reid of his plan.

According to The Denver Channel, Reid will have doctor checkups throughout the 30 days to track his health. Taco Bell claims 75% of its menu contains items less than 500 calories. Hopefully Reid doesn’t spend too much time on the toilet trying to recover from his new diet.
