Chicken wing fans often argue which version of the dish is better; bone-in or boneless. While there are many boneless enthusiasts out there, bone-in fans claim boneless wings aren’t chicken wings at all. Now, one man has gone a step further, suing Buffalo Wild Wings because he says their boneless wings are actually just chicken nuggets.
Aimen Halim filed a class action lawsuit in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois last week for Buffalo Wild Wings’ “false and deceptive marketing and advertising.” According to Yahoo, the lawsuit claims "boneless" implies the product is a chicken wing that "has simply been deboned." This is not the first false advertising lawsuit Halim has filed against a company.

Along with the Buffalo Wild Wings lawsuit, Halim is also suing Tom's Wicked Fresh Mouthwash, Kind, and Hefty. The other lawsuits claim that the "natural" label on Tom's Wicked Fresh Mouthwash and the "high in fiber" label on Kind granola are inaccurate and that Hefty’s "recycling bags" are non-recyclable. Clearly, this man won’t stop until all these companies are stopped.
