Beer drinkers are very particular when it comes to their drink of choice. While some stick with name brand light beers, others like to change up the flavor profile; going with a stout, IPA or ale. Luckily, there are a variety of options to try throughout the country, and now a viral map has revealed the best beer brewed in each state.
Vinepair.com recently shared a map showing the highest rated beers brewed in each state. The website used Beer Advocate’s top rated beers list to create their map, and the results were surprising to many beer drinkers. For Texas, the top choice was Atrial Rubicite, a wild ale made by Jester King Brewery.
According to Bro Bible, the top beer type throughout the country was stout, with 22 states selecting that style as their favorite. As for the Texas choice, the brewery is located in Austin and the beer features a 5.80% ABV. Hopefully these rankings don’t upset too many beer drinkers.
