Now, the actor has ended his semi-retirement to play seven different characters for an upcoming Netflix series.
Mike Myers is no stranger to playing multiple parts in a project, as some of his most iconic roles are the multiple characters he portrays in the ‘Austin Powers’ franchise. Now, Myers is set to do even more for the upcoming limited series, ‘‘The Pentaverate.’ The Netflix series will be the first starring role the actor has had since retiring in 2012.
According to brobible, the seven characters Myers plays in the series will be part of “a secret society who have been working to influence world events since 1347.” Ken Jeong, Keegan-Michael Key, Debi Mazar, Richard McCabe, Jennifer Saunders and Lydia West will also star in the show. Soon there will be seven more characters for Mike Myers fans to obsess over.
