Usually when professional athletes get a new car, it’s something expensive and flashy. However, one former NBA player recently proved getting a new car is always exciting, regardless of the make and model. During a recent episode of ‘The Price is Right,’ former NBA big man, Jared Jeffries, won a new Toyota Corolla, and celebrated as if he just won a championship, despite likely not being able to comfortably fit inside the vehicle.
Jared Jeffries is a 6-foot-11 former NBA that made more than $40 million over 11 seasons. However, it appears the former professional athlete has another impressive skill, guessing the prices of various items. As seen in the clip from ‘The Price is Right’ that recently went viral, Jeffries was able to win the car by correctly guessing the price.
According to Yahoo, the win helped Jeffries advance to the Final Showcase. However, he was sadly beaten by another contestant in the final round. At least he didn’t walk away empty handed, even if his new Corolla is a tight squeeze.
