Netflix releases trailer for upcoming ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ reboot

One of the most iconic horror movie villains of all-time is back and is ready to scare audiences everywhere. Netflix recently unveiled the first official trailer for their ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ reboot and fans are already freaking out. As seen in the trailer the reboot will see the return of some of the film’s original stars.

With a number of iconic horror franchises being rebooted in recent years, one many fans of the genre claim is the scariest is back for a new installment. ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ will continue the stories told in the 1974 original, along with the many reboots that followed. The newest version will be directed by David Blue Garcia and produced by Fede Álvarez. Returning for this version will be the film’s original narrator John Larroquette.

According to Variety, the latest reboots stars Elsie Fisher, Sarah Yarkin, Mark Burnham, Jacob Latimore, Moe Dunford, Olwen Fouéré, Alice Krige, Jessica Allain and Nell Hudson. The movie will begin streaming on Netflix February 18. Hopefully this version can keep the fear going.
