DFW is one of the largest metro areas in the country, which means you can find just about any living situation throughout the metroplex. Just like any other large city in the United States, some parts of North Texas do better financially than others. Now, new data from the U.S. Census Bureau has revealed the highest earning zip codes for all of North Texas.
Data analysis website Stacker recently compiled a list of the highest earning metro areas throughout DFW, using data from the U.S. Census Bureau. While education levels and occupation play a large role, the data showed where a worker lives can give a boost to employees as well. Based on the data, the top earning area in DFW was Southlake (76092), followed by Colleyville (76034), Flower Mound (75022) and two areas in Dallas (75225 and 75205).

According to CW33, zip codes in Prosper, Keller, Argyle, Sunnyvale and Frisco also made the top 10. All of these zip codes had average household incomes that at least doubled the average for the United States. For those that live in these areas, just remember “more money, more problems.”
