According to Dallas Culture Map, Fidus has become known for acquiring existing low-density, garden-style apartments and transforming them into communities with canine-focused elements, on-site pet services, and social events. Their latest community features amenities such as doggy doors, private fenced yards or dog-safe balconies, on-demand dog nanny services and more.
