Finding an apartment complex that allows pets can be difficult, as usually there are limits on size and a deposit is almost always required. Luckily there are some new communities popping up in DFW that are not just pet-friendly, but designed specifically for dog owners. Fidus Pet Concierge Communities recently launched two new apartment complexes in DFW that offer amenities any dog owner would want.

Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch in Grapevine and Equinox on the Park in Garland were recently purchased by Fidus Pet Concierge Communities and turned into the perfect home for dog owners. According to Dallas Culture Map, Fidus has become known for acquiring existing low-density, garden-style apartments and transforming them into communities with canine-focused elements, on-site pet services, and social events. Their latest community features amenities such as doggy doors, private fenced yards or dog-safe balconies, on-demand dog nanny services and more.

“Recognizing the need for hands-on pet care in apartment buildings, Fidus Pet Concierge Communities addresses the pain points associated with pet ownership and can also be a solution for companies looking to relocate new talent with dogs in tow,” said Fidus founder and principal Steve Bardack.
With these communities dog owners no longer have to worry about their pets being an issue.
