The State Fair of Texas is still over three months away from opening day, but anticipation is starting to build all throughout the metroplex. That’s why fair organizers decided to give DFW a little taste of what’s to come by announcing all the music acts for this year’s event. Taking the stage for the 2023 State Fair of Texas will be .38 Special, Bowling for Soup and more than 90 other bands and musicians.
While food is almost always the main attraction at the State Fair of Texas, this year music will be a big focal point with over 90 acts performing across multiple stages. This is the first year Romeo Entertainment Group will produce the entire music lineup that includes some of the biggest acts the State Fair of Texas has ever seen. Some of the big names taking the Chevrolet Main Stage include Lonestar, Ceelo Green, Bowling for Soup, Lil Jon, .38 Special and more.
According to Dallas Culture Map, the Bud Light Stage will showcase local and regional talent, while the Yuengling Flight Stage will feature both comedy and music. The State Fair of Texas kicks off this year September 29 and runs through October 22. With all these music acts, at least guests will be able to dance off all the food they eat.
