You do three lots of that, then go to the left and the right. Now you’ve got a cross, up and down, and sideways, now you do the diagonals.”

According to NME, McCartney believes this practice has prevented him from needing glasses. Many fans were intrigued by eye yoga, with many claiming they will soon begin trying it. Soon enough eye yoga will become the next health trend.
