They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but for many a simple drink in the morning is all they need to get their day started. Usually that drink is coffee, or something caffeinated, but for one man in North Carolina, his decision to start off his day with some beer may have cost him. The Lake Waccamaw Police recently went viral for their hilarious post making fun of a thief's choice for "breakfast beer."
The police department shared surveillance video of a man stealing beer from a convenience store recently, claiming to be concerned because "Bud Light is clearly not a breakfast beer." According to the post, the man stole the beer at 6:30 A.M. and police are now asking for help identifying the thief. "We would like the communities assistance with identifying this gentleman so that we might educate him on the benefits of quality over quantity," said the viral post.
It is unknown if the thief has been identified at this time, but thanks to the post going viral, there's a good chance someone with knowledge may see it. Hopefully the man learned his lesson, and will stick to coffee in the mornings.
