Report ranks Houston as the dirtiest city in America

The rivalry between DFW and Houston runs deep, as both major Texas cities are constantly trying to prove why they deserve the title of “the best.” Any time a study or report is released, placing either city near the top of a list, it is used as evidence to one up their rival. However, the latest may not work too well for Houston, as it was recently named the dirtiest city in America.

Lawn Starter recently unveiled their rankings of the dirtiest cities in America for 2023. The study looked at pollution, living conditions, infrastructure, and consumer satisfaction for 150 of the biggest U.S. cities to determine their rankings. Based on the data, Houston was ranked as the dirtiest city in America.

Not far behind Houston on the list was San Antonio, which placed 7th. According to CW33, DFW was more towards the middle, with Dallas at 32 and Fort Worth at 40. Now, any time someone in DFW is arguing with a Houstonian over which city is the best, all they have to do is show them this.
