This has been quite an eventful week for the Dallas Mavericks, as former star Dirk Nowitzki was honored with a statue outside of American Airlines Center on Sunday, and on Tuesday current star Luka Doncic had one of the greatest performances in NBA history. Now, a brewery in Doncic’s home country of Slovenia has come up with a way to honor the star. While Doncic won’t be getting a statue from the brewery, he will be getting his own “recovery beer.”
After Luka Doncic’s record setting 60 point, 21 rebound and 10 assist night, the Mavericks’ star was quoted as saying he needed a “recovery beer.” Now, the largest brewery in Slovenia, Laško Brewery, has decided to make Doncic his own recovery beer, according to Fox 4 News. “For all the tired Luka's that needs a beer to regenerate, we have brewed [Recovery Beer edition]", the brewery wrote on social media, alongside a photo of the can.

Sadly, it is unknown if DFW will be able to get a taste of the Slovenian beer. Maybe Mark Cuban can find a way to get it sold in the stadium, so fans can enjoy a recovery beer alongside Luka Doncic.
