The 2023 State Fair of Texas is still over three months away, but many in the metroplex are starting to get excited as more and more information about this year’s fair is revealed. Now, the entertainment lineup for this year’s festivities has been released and it includes a ton of returning favorites, as well as some new attractions, exhibits and performances.
While most of the focus every year at the State Fair of Texas is on the food, this year there will be more entertainment than ever before. Already over 90 musical acts have been announced for this year’s fair and now hundreds of other activities have been revealed as part of the entertainment schedule for the 2023 State Fair of Texas. Some of the new events include a new “Dinosaurs at the Lagoon” exhibit, contortionist and archer Sara Twister and the acrobatics of the Street Circus.
According to Dallas Morning News, some of the returning fan favorites include the State Fair of Texas Rodeo at the Fair Park Coliseum, the “All-Star Stunt Dog Show,” the Midway Barker, and of course, the Red River Showdown. Things kick off this year on September 29. With all the entertainment, this may be the best State Fair of Texas ever.
